This isn't an issue for actions on particular cells, because we already use the test IDs since the cells are single-test cells. 08a3641 Change Agent.abort() again. This time, it runs through its queue of AgentTasks, aborting them until it reaches one that ignores the abort (or exhausts the queue). With the previous logic, we might have an Agent with a GatherLogsTasks that should ignore the abort, but if the Agent got aborted before starting it would never run the task.
