Modify SurfaceView to use SurfaceFlinger child surfaces. Here we have SurfaceView bypass the WindowManager and speak directly to SurfaceFlinger using child surfaces. We also implement some logic in the WM to handle child surfaces in various Surface replacement scenarios.
