wlan: Send sta auth status as per updated vendor attr

Vendor attributes QCA_WLAN_VENDOR_ATTR_LINK_PROPERTIES_STA_FLAGS
and QCA_WLAN_VENDOR_ATTR_LINK_PROPERTIES_STA_MAC have different
types and names in the driver and upstream. This causes
anomalous data to be received by the driver.

Update the driver according to updated format of the event
attributes.
