wlan: Fix for sending single Noa with proper parameters During split scan, we sent single noa params but we are sending in ms but riva is expecting in us. Hence client is not able to honor the single noa Hence causing retransmission in null frames. Change-Id: I23cf35d384d32693d77583e185ccd8a8457d4539 CR-Fixes: 433990
