wlan: update comments for SAP operating band for 5GHZ. With gAPChannelSelectOperatingBand=5, it is possible to select a least congested channel in entire 5G band using ACS. CRs-Fixed: 771703 Change-Id: I4d12f2b821f67677b76cd9a3b8367ed454da3274
