wlan: ATT uverse AP probe resoponse contains SPACE as SSID

ATT Uverse AP sending the probe response with space as SSID for
a broadcast SSID probe request when it is configured as hidden SSID.
This result in the scan result with actual SSID is overwritten with
the SSID as "space".As part of this change added the logic to consider
the SSID as NULL when SSID is recieved as space.
