Revert "Add Browser2 as the default browser"
Support for Browser2 in AOSP was dropped. It was replaced by
WebViewShell in its project, which is only meant for testing. Don't
include it in the build. Proper browsers matching with the design goals
of the different build flavours need to be added in separate commits.
This reverts commit 658cefc39c3f32d4d0bf78184c2f0c9bcaeaf4bc.
